Research ArticleOpen accessAll words, across the recordAn AI-Powered Integrated Care Model Combining Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine for Personalized Alzheimer’s Disease ManagementShurong Li, Yiming Chen, Jin Xu et al.Alzheimer's Disease (AD) gradually reduces memory and cognition. While Western medicine focuses on pharmacological treatments, it frequently ignores holistic factors such as mood and digestion. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) addresses these issues through a wellness-oriented approach. However, the combination of both systems in patient care is uncommon. Current Alzheimer's disease treatments are often siloed, relying solely on Western or alternative … …American Journal of Biochemistry and Biotechnology, Vol. 21, Issue 4 · 16 Feb 2026 · 2,063 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessAll words, across the recordForecasting Air Passenger Demand: A Comparison of LSTM and SARIMAQuang Hung Do, Shih-Kuei Lo, Jeng-Fung Chen et al.All airports need to have an accurate prediction of the number of passengers for their efficient management. An accurate prediction of the number of air passengers is crucial task since it provides information for planning decisions in the airport infrastructure to stabilize the service and maximize the profit. This study proposes a novel air passenger demand forecasting model based on … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 16, Issue 7 · 25 Jul 2020 · 8,555 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessAll words, across the recordOptimizing Clusters Alignment for Bilingual Malay-English CorporaRayner Alfred, Chan Chen Jie, Ng Zhen Wei et al.Bilingual corpora, containing the same documents in two different languages, are becoming an essential resource for natural language processing. Clustering bilingual corpora provides us with an insight into the differences between languages when term frequency-based Information Retrieval (IR) tools are used. It also allows one to use the Natural Language Processing (NLP) and IR tools in one language to implement … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 8, Issue 12 · 26 Nov 2012 · 7,144 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessAll words, across the recordOptimal Power Multicast Problem in Wireless Mesh Networks by Using a Hybrid Particle Swarm OptimizationAllam Maalla, Chen Wei, Haitham J. TahaProblem statement: Most mobile nodes in a wireless ad hoc network are powered by energy limited batteries; the limited battery lifetime imposes a constraint on the network performance. Therefore, power consumption of network operations is critical and subject to optimization. Approach: A novel hybrid PSO was proposed for solving the minimum power multicast problem in wireless ad-hoc networks.
