Research ArticleOpen accessPhrase in the titleAdvanced Information Technology of Slot-Switching Network Schemes for on All-Optical Variable-Length PacketSoung Yue Liew, Edward Sek Khin Wong, Choong Kwai FattProblem Statement: The purpose of this paper was to investigate all optical packet switching, because it was the key to the success of the future Internet. It can meet the stringent bandwidth requirement of future Internet applications, such as real-time video streaming. Due to the lack of optical Random Access Memory (RAM), however, the all-optical schemes studied in the literature … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 6, Issue 1 · 31 Jan 2010 · 7,186 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractE2AODV Protocol for Load Balancing in Ad-Hoc NetworksR. Vinod Kumar, R. S.D. Wahida BanuProblem statement: In mobile ad hoc networks there are a number of challenges in providing quality of service routing with energy efficiency and load balancing. Most routing protocols do not consider the problem of load balance. A routing protocol called energy Efficient Ad-hoc on Demand Vector (E2AODV) is proposed. It addresses the quality of service issues such as throughput, end … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 8, Issue 7 · 7 Jul 2012 · 6,832 accessesView PDF Cite
