Research ArticleOpen accessIn the keywordsRECONFIGURING EVOLVED CIRCUITS USING CONTROLLER: A REAL TIME APPROACHB. Hari Krishna, S. RaviFPGA is a device that contains a matrix of reconfigurable gate arrays that can implement different complex functions and also vary structurally. In this study, a novel method of reconfigurable circuit switching action is done with the help of a controller. BPSK Modulation application is chosen to demonstrate the reconfigurable action. When an event occurs the context/core switching is done … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 10, Issue 3 · 2 Dec 2013 · 6,372 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractSynthesis of Optimal Incoherent Subcarrier Tracking of BOC(1,1) Navigation SignalsAlexandr Ivanovich PerovNavigation receivers of global positioning systems that are operated in complex electromagnetic environment must have an increased noise immunity characteristic. One way of such noise immunity rising is to use incoherent operating mode of navigation receiver. There are known processing algorithms for navigation signals with Binary Phase Shift Keying (BPSK) modulation. But in the near-term outlook Global Navigation Satellite Systems … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 13, Issue 9 · 26 Sep 2016 · 7,166 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractReduction of PAPR by Using Clipping and Filtering for Different Modulation SchemesArun Kumar, Manisha GuptaOrthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) is one of the most advanced technologies for high speed data access in mobile communication. It’s significantly increases the capacity, data-rate etc. but one of its disadvantage is high Peak Average Power Ratio (PAPR) which reduce the performance of transmitter amplifier. In this study, PAPR is reduced by using a clipping and filtering technique for … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 13, Issue 2 · 13 Feb 2016 · 8,360 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractANALYSIS OF REDUCTION IN COMPLEXITY OF MULTIPLE INPUT- MULTIPLE OUTPUT-ORTHOGONAL FREQUENCY DIVISION MULTIPLEXING SYSTEMS WITH CARRIER FREQUENCY OFFSET ESTIMATION AND CORRECTIONSabitha Gauni, Kumar RamamoorthyOrthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) is a promising research area in Wireless Communication for high data rates. The Multiple Input-Multiple Output (MIMO) technology when incorporated with the OFDM system promise a significant boost in the performance. But, the MIMO-OFDM systems are very sensitive to Carrier Frequency Offset (CFO) as it deteriorates the system performance with the rise of Inter-Carrier-Interference (ICI). … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 10, Issue 2 · 13 Nov 2013 · 6,784 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractPerformance of Energy Detection and Matched Filter Receivers in Human Body Communication ChannelMohamad Abou El-Nasr, Heba Shaban, Mohammed Al-AbyadhThis study studies the Bit-Error-Rate (BER) performance of matched filter and energy detection receivers in Human Body Communication (HBC) channel model. HBC, as defined by the IEEE 802.15 Task Group (TG) 6, is a Body Area Network (BAN) at frequency band 5-50 MHz, where communication is from body surface to body surface. The Bit-Error-Rate (BER) performance is investigated for Energy … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 9, Issue 12 · 5 Jan 2013 · 6,694 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractDesign of Transmitter for CDM Based 2×2 Multiple Input Multiple Output Channel Sounder for Multipath Delay MeasurementM. Habib Ullah, M. T. Islam, Mandeep Sing et al.Problem statement: Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) wireless communication system is an innovative solution to improve the bandwidth efficiency by exploiting multipath-richness of the propagation environment. The degree of multipath-richness of the channel will determine the capacity gain attainable by MIMO deployment. Approach: Therefore, it is very important to have accurate knowledge of the propagation environment/radio channel before MIMO implement. … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 9, Issue 1 · 24 Nov 2011 · 7,898 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractAdaptive Channel Equalization Using Multiplicative Neural Network for Rayleigh Faded ChannelP. Sivakumar, N. Chithra, S. N. Sivanandam, M. RajaramProblem statement: Digital transmission over band-limited communication channel largely suffers from ISIS and various noise sources. The presence of ISI and noise causes bit errors in the received signal. Equalization is necessary at the receiver to overcome these channel impairment to recover the original transmitted sequence. Traditionally equalization is considered as equivalent to inverse filtering and implemented using linear-perform under … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 7, Issue 11 · 18 Aug 2011 · 6,931 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractPerformance Analysis of Global Search Algorithm Based Multiuser Detector for Multi Carrier Code Division Multiple Access System under Clipping NoiseS. Sivanesskumar, R. SukaneshProblem statement: Multi Carrier Code Division Multiple Access (MC-CDMA), a promising technology for the 4G communication systems. The major limitation of MC-CDMA system is the Multiple Access Interference (MAI) which is due to near-far effect, frequency offset and nonlinear power amplification due to clipping noise. Approach: The performance of MC-CDMA under clipping noise using Global search algorithm based Multiuser detector … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 7, Issue 5 · 7 May 2011 · 6,687 accessesView PDFCite
