Research ArticleOpen accessIn the keywordsAbstract Fixed Points of Set-valued MappingsE. El. Shobaky, Sahar Mohamed Ali, Montaser S. AliWe defined new concept of complete sequences of equivalence relations on a given abstract set on which no topology is considered, the concept of contraction mappings with respect to these sequences, proved the existence of a fixed point of a multivalued and in particular single valued mappings T on the given abstract set. …Journal of Mathematics and Statistics, Vol. 3, Issue 2 · 30 Jun 2007 · 6,695 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the keywordsComparative Study between Various Topological Models of Base Stations in Cellular Mobile Radio CommunicationMohammed F. AlhunaityIn this paper, we analyze the different parameters of quality for the network models of base stations (BS) when the service messages have not a delay. Also, we compare between four topologies star, ring, radial ring and fully connected using identical quality of user service and conditional cost of one Erlang. Our results have been obtained for different probabilities of … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 3, Issue 2 · 28 Feb 2006 · 6,880 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the keywordsStructural-Topological Synthesis of Planar Mechanisms with Rods and WheelsNicolae Petrescu, Raffaella Aversa, Antonio Apicella, Relly Victoria V. PetrescuToday, robots are increasingly present in the machine building industry, sometimes even in some sections to replace workers altogether, due to the high quality of their work, repetitive, without stopping or pausing, without any manufacturing and assembly scuffs. Additionally, robots do not get sick, do not require medical leave or rest, work faster and better than humans and also support … …Journal of Mechatronics and Robotics, Vol. 2, Issue 1 · 25 Jun 2018 · 6,644 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the keywordsSensitive and Rapid Detection of Sulfate-Reducing Bacteria in Jet Fuel by Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification Combined with Lateral Flow DipstickZezhen Li, Yun Xiong, Peng Zhu, Hailong HuangThe existence of Sulfate-Reducing Bacteria (SRB) is one of the significant reasons for the Microbially Influenced Corrosion (MIC) of jet fuel. Especially for the jet fuel stored by military, since jet fuel is stored in the tank for a long time, some oxygen-consuming bacteria such as Amorphotheca resinae and Bacillus Cohn can consume oxygen and generate organic acids at the … …American Journal of Biochemistry and Biotechnology, Vol. 14, Issue 2 · 11 Apr 2018 · 10,398 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the keywordsEssential Proteins Discovery Methods based on the Protein-Protein Interaction NetworksLingZhi Zhu, Junling Zhang, Lingya He et al.Essential proteins are closely related to biological survival or reproduction and have important application value in respect of the location of disease genes, disease diagnosis and treatment, drug design. In order to discovery essential proteins, the researchers have proposed experimental approaches, but these methods require laborious and time consuming. With the development of high-throughput sequencing techniques, plenty of computational methods … …American Journal of Biochemistry and Biotechnology, Vol. 13, Issue 4 · 1 Jan 2018 · 8,893 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the keywordsNilpotence and the Generalized Uncertainty Principle (S)Nikos KalogeropoulosWe point out that some of the proposed generalized/modified uncertainty principles originate from solvable, or nilpotent at appropriate limits, &#34deformations&#34 of Lie algebras. We briefly comment on formal aspects related to the well-posedness of one of these algebras. We point out a potential relation of such algebras with Classical Mechanics in the spirit of the symplectic non-squeezing theorem. We also … …Space Science International, Vol. 1, Issue 2 · 23 Jan 2014 · 7,311 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the keywordsPerformance Analysis of Rejection Ratio in Cost Optimized Virtual Private Networks Provisioning Algorithm (COVPA) Using Waxman and Barabasi Model in Cyber SpaceRamanathan Rajasekar, Ramaraj Ravi, Beulah ShekharProblem statement: Virtual private networks have provided customers with a secure and low-cost communication environment. Approach: The COVPA, the provisioning algorithm for a Virtual Private Network service, which built and managed VPNs on demand. Results: The COVPA allowed each VPN to have guaranteed resources and customized control and supported a highly dynamic VPN service where creation and modification operations took … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 8, Issue 2 · 28 Nov 2011 · 7,127 accessesView PDFCite

PalaniammalProblem statement: The main intent of this study is to derive a high performance clientserver network using hub, switch, Bluetooth, WI-Fi and Wimax using the steadfast algorithms. Approach: This study mainly focuses on M/M (a,b)/1 markovian model with adaboost algorithm and user selection algorithms to find performance on wired and wireless technologies in terms of service rate, arrival rate, Expected … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 8, Issue 8 · 19 Jul 2011 · 7,477 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the keywordsSmooth Neighborhood Structures in a Smooth Topological SpacesA. A. Ramadan, M. A. Abdel-SattarProblem Statement: Various concepts related to a smooth topological spaces have been introduced and relations among them studied by several authors (Chattopadhyay, Ramadan, etc). Conclusion/Recommendations: In this study, we presented the notions of three sorts of neighborhood structures of a smooth topological spaces and give some of their properties which are results by Ying extended to smooth topological spaces. …Journal of Mathematics and Statistics, Vol. 6, Issue 4 · 9 Nov 2010 · 7,000 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the keywordsObject Identity, Apparent Motion, Transformation GeometryFelice L. Bedford, Birgitta E. ManssonProblem statement: A classic question in cognition was addressed on how two glimpses separated in time are determined to refer either to the same object or to two different objects, without which coherent perception of the world is not possible. Approach: A general solution was offered in which observers exploit an entire family of geometries. It was argued that a … …Current Research in Psychology, Vol. 1, Issue 1 · 30 Jun 2010 · 9,620 accessesView PDFCite
