Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleNew Spring Wheat Mutation Resources with Improved Grain Quality, Metals Bioavailability and Yield ComponentsSaule Kenzhebayeva, Alfia Abekova, Guoping Zhang et al.Genetic variability in micronutrients is limited in wheat varieties. To broaden variation, seeds of cv. Eritrospermum-35 were irradiated with 100 and 200 Gy using 60Co, the treated seeds were grown to M7 generation with successive selection of the highest yield lines in each generation. Selected lines were evaluated for yield and grain quality traits such as iron, zinc and phytic … …American Journal of Agricultural and Biological Sciences, Vol. 12, Issue 4 · 2 Jan 2018 · 8,672 accessesView PDFCite

Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleSCUTMA: Selecting Components for Unit Testing in Mobile ApplicationsJosias Gomes, Isabel K. Villanes, Silvia M. Ascate et al.Context The source code of a mobile application has several components (i.e., code units) and they have a cost (e.g., test creation and execution) and benefit (e.g., find bug) value for performing unit testing. Problem Choosing in which components unit tests should be done, in order to increase the benefit (effectiveness) and decrease the cost of this activity. Proposal This … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 16, Issue 10 · 15 Oct 2020 · 7,015 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleBootstrap Approach to Correlation Analysis of Two Mineral ComponentsT.O. OlatayoProblem statement: In this article we considered pairs bootstrap through a truncated geometric bootstrap method for stationary time series data. Construction of valid inferential procedures through the estimates of standard error, coefficient of variation and other measures of statistical precision such as bootstrap confidence interval were considered. The method was used to confirm the correlation between Silicon Oxide (SiO2) and … …Current Research in Geoscience, Vol. 2, Issue 1 · 7 May 2013 · 6,589 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleAntigenic and Immunogenic Components of Haemonchus longistipes Identified by Western ImmunoblotingE. M. El Hassan, Sabry M. El-BahrThe present study aimed to examine the ways that the Haemonchus longistipes components interact with the host by investigating the components of the parasite which acted as antigens during infection and those who are capable of inducing immune response when administered as immunogens. Adult H. longistipes worms (300 females and 200 males) were obtained from the abomasums of naturally infected … …American Journal of Biochemistry and Biotechnology, Vol. 8, Issue 3 · 20 Sep 2012 · 7,498 accessesView PDFCite
