Research ArticleOpen accessPhrase in the titleGeometry and Inverse Kinematic at the MP3R Mobile SystemsRelly Victoria Virgil Petrescu, Raffaella Aversa, Antonio Apicella et al.The development and diversification of machines and mechanisms with applications in all fields require new scientific researches for the systematization and improvement of existing mechanical systems by creating new mechanisms adapted to modern requirements, which involve increasingly complex topological structures. The modern industry, the practice of designing and building machinery is increasingly based on the results of scientific and applied … …Journal of Mechatronics and Robotics, Vol. 1, Issue 2 · 13 Dec 2017 · 6,599 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessPhrase in the titleA New Approach for Sub-Channels Assignment in Downlink Fourth Generation Mobile SystemsFakhreddine Khelifa, Abdelaziz SametProblem statement: We proposed a new heuristic method for subchannels allocation problem in the context. Approach: In this system, OFDM transmission method has been used, in order to reduce the effect of multipath fading, OFDMA to achieve multiple access schemes and flexibility in resource allocation. Results: An adaptive method for subchannels allocation is necessary in order to exploit the multiuser … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 7, Issue 9 · 23 Jul 2011 · 6,588 accessesView PDFCite

Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleA Method for Human Resource Risk Management in Mobile Workforce Brokering SystemsArash Mousavi, Md. Jan Nordin, Zulaiha Ali Othman, Riza SulaimanProblem statement: Human Resource Risk Management is one of the crucial issues in Mobile Workforce Management Systems (MWM) in general, and in Mobile Workforce Brokering Systems (MWBS) in Particular. It is important because, if not properly managed, it will cause reduction in accuracy of the automated MWBS, which in turn necessitates more human involvement in the task allocation process. Thus, … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 8, Issue 12 · 11 Oct 2011 · 7,364 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleAn Ontology Driven, Procedural Reasoning System-Like Agent Model, For Multi-Agent Based Mobile Workforce Brokering SystemsArash Mousavi, Md. Jan Nordin, Zulaiha Ali OthmanProblem statement: It has been proven that Believe, Desire, Intention (BDI) agent architecture, performs suitably in dynamic and unpredictable environments. Although BDI architecture has been formulated rigorously, implementing BDI architecture is not as straightforward as it has been promised. Nevertheless, the preeminent implementation of BDI architecture is Procedural Reasoning System (PRS) and Jadex is a Java-based platform that successfully applies … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 6, Issue 5 · 31 May 2010 · 7,664 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleAn Efficient Causal Protocol with Forward Error Correction for Mobile Distributed SystemsEduardo Lopez Dominguez, Saul E. Pomares Hernandez, Gustavo Rodriguez Gomez et al.Problem statement: Causal ordering is used in Mobile Distributed Systems (MDS) to reduce the non-determinism induced by four main aspects: host mobility, asynchronous execution, unpredictable communication delays and unreliable communication channels. Some causal protocols have been proposed for MDS. All of these protocols in order to ensure the causal order in unreliable channels use the method of Automatic Repeat Request … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 6, Issue 7 · 31 Jul 2010 · 8,239 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleOptimizing KNN for Face Recognition and Location Detection in Mobile Employee Attendance Systems Using Machine LearningPainem, Hari Soetanto, Achmad Solichin, Ibnu RamadhanEmployee attendance is critical to company operations, particularly for firms involved in ATM installations collaborating with banks. An effective attendance system enables bank vendors to verify the completion of ATM installations. The current attendance method employed by the company requires employees to send photos of themselves with the installed ATM, including the machine number and installation location. The company's admin … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 21, Issue 5 · 14 Apr 2025 · 5,989 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleUSING MOBILE AGENTS FOR LOAD BALANCING IN PEER-TO-PEER SYSTEMS HOSTING VIRTUAL SERVERSVijayaKumar G. Dhas, S. Saibharath, V. Rhymend UthariarajThis study proposes a novel load-balancing algorithm for managing virtual servers in a Peer-To-Peer (P2P) system through mobile agents. The proposed algorithm is implemented in a fully decentralized manner for a structured P2P system. It uses mobile agents and is independent of the geometry of the P2P auxiliary networks. The load-balancing algorithm effectively reduces the load imbalance of the system … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 10, Issue 6 · 27 Jan 2014 · 6,353 accessesView PDFCite
