Research ArticleOpen accessPhrase in the titleAttribute Reduction in Bipolar Intuitionistic Fuzzy Relation SystemWeiyuan Wang, Qian WangBipolar intuitionistic fuzzy relation system (BIFRS) effectively characterize the bipolarity in real-world data by introducing positive and negative membership and non-membership degrees. To address redundancy caused by high-dimensional attributes, this paper proposes an attribute reduction method based on bipolar intuitionistic discernibility matrices. By constructing positive discernibility matrix M+∗ matrix M−∗ and negative discernibility , we systematically identify the minimal attribute … …Journal of Mathematics and Statistics, Vol. 22, Issue 1 · 16 Jul 2026 · 1,063 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleApplying Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and Grey Relation Analysis to Evaluate the Supply Chain Performance of the Wafer Testing HouseYun-Chin Chen, Jun-Yuan Kuo, Bang-Ting LuoProblem statement: In the information age, the process of E-Commerce (EC) operates quickly and the present enterprises of Taiwan have to face the Free Cross-Strait Market (FCSM) with Mainland China, which will definitely change the model as well as the performance of the supply chain. Hence, this study focuses on the issue of supply chain performance evaluation of the wafer … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 8, Issue 12 · 27 Oct 2011 · 6,377 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleESTIMATED AND ANALYSIS OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE ENDOGENOUS AND EXOGENOUS VARIABLES USING FUZZY SEMI-PARAMETRIC SAMPLE SELECTION MODELL. MuhamadSafiih, A. A. Kamil, M. T. Abu OsmanAn important progress within the last decade in the development of the selectivity model approach to overcome the inconsistent results if the distributional assumptions of the errors terms are made this problem is through the use of semi-parametric method. However, the uncertainties and ambiguities exist in the models, particularly the relationship between the endogenous and exogenous variables. A new framework … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 11, Issue 9 · 15 Jul 2014 · 6,786 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the keywordsA Dynamic Temporal Neuro Fuzzy Inference System for Mining Medical DatabasesR. Sethukkarasi, A. KannanThe analysis and representation of temporal data are becoming increasingly important in many areas of research and application. The existing Fuzzy Cognitive Maps (FCMs) are efficient modeling method for knowledge representation and fuzzy reasoning in time series analysis. In the past, it was used to represent a complex causal system as a collection of concepts and causal relationships among concepts. … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 8, Issue 11 · 7 Nov 2012 · 6,358 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the keywordsConstructing Fuzzy Time Series Model Based on Fuzzy Clustering for a ForecastingAshraf K. Abd Elaal, Hesham A. Hefny, Ashraf H. Abd ElwahabProblem statement: In this study researchers introduced a fuzzy time series model depending on fuzzy clustering to solve the problem in which the membership values are assumed as Song and Chissom model and to increase the performance of fuzzy time series model. Approach: Proposed model employed seven main procedures in time-invariant fuzzy time-series and time-variant fuzzy time series models. Kemal OzdemirWe are going to present and investigate some fundamental characteristics of fuzzy Bernstein-Stancu polynomials of rough I-convergent of triple sequence spaces and at the same time examine the set of all fuzzy Bernstein Stancu polynomials of rough I-limits of a triple sequence spaces and also relation between analyticness and fuzzy Bernstein Stancu polynomials of rough I-core of a triple sequence … …Journal of Mathematics and Statistics, Vol. 15, Issue 1 · 17 Dec 2019 · 6,555 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractPolar Disentangled Non-Local Convolutional Neural Network for Skin Cancer Classification Using Dermoscopy ImagesUsha Thirugnanam, Nalini JosephSkin cancer classification is the process of identifying and categorizing various types of skin lesions into cancerous and non-cancerous. This process is performed to achieve accurate detection, which minimizes the risk of severe health complications. However, classifying the severity of skin lesion images is a difficult task because of subtle and overlapping visual patterns, which could lead to inaccurate performance. … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 22, Issue 6 · 16 Jun 2026 · 1,207 accessesView PDFCite
