Research ArticleOpen accessPhrase in the titleErgodic Capacity Analysis of Multiple Input Multiple Output Systems with Dual Hop Amplify and Forward Relay NetworksC. Poongodi, A. ShanmugamProblem Statement: In MIMO system, capacity mainly depends on the channel and the antenna characteristics. The capacity can be improved by proper design of antenna elements and choosing appropriate array configuration and the directive elements give more capacity than omni directional elements. The dual polarized antennas are better than single polarized antennas as the former can provide two information channels. … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 7, Issue 12 · 17 Oct 2011 · 6,739 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractAverage Mutual Information Analysis of Multiple Input and Multiple Output System with Multihop Relaying in Wireless Communication SystemC. Poongodi, A. ShanmugamProblem statement: Multiple Input and Multiple Output (MIMO) system with Multihop relaying techhnique is significant and active areas of wireless communication. In a rich scattering environment MIMO antenna system provides better channel capacity and data rates than single antenna systems. To provide high throughput, reliable transmission and broad coverage, wireless relaying techniques are essential in a variety of applications.
