Research ArticleOpen accessIn the keywordsLow Cost Smart Sensor DesignTakialddin A. Al SmadiProblem statement: Sensor with local processing power that enables it to react to local conditions without having to refer back to the central controller. The size and the cost of smart sensor circuit have been reduced. Approach: The use of microcontroller, such as (PIC16C715), with an 8-bit ADC (Analogue to Digital Converter) in one chip. This reduction in the circuit … …American Journal of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Vol. 4, Issue 1 · 11 Feb 2016 · 7,574 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractDesign Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) on Photovoltaic Panels using Fuzzy Logic MethodAhmad Faizal, Sutoyo, Mulyono et al.Solar energy is a clean energy, renewable, and available for the long term. The tool used to convert the energy generated from the intensity of sunlight into electricity is photovoltaic panels. However, due to the high cost and low efficiency, the use of the energy is still kind small compared to other types of energy sources. Thus, the need for … …American Journal of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Vol. 9, Issue 4 · 10 Aug 2016 · 8,498 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractAUTOMATIC MUSIC EMOTION CLASSIFICATION USING ARTIFICIAL NEURAL NETWORK BASED ON VOCAL AND INSTRUMENTAL SOUND TIMBRESMudiana Binti Mokhsin, Nurlaila Binti Rosli, Suzana Zambri et al.Detecting emotion features in a song remains as a challenge in various area of research especially in Music Emotion Classification (MEC). In order to classify selected song with certain mood or emotion, the algorithms of the machine learning must be intelligent enough to learn the data features as to match the features accordingly to the accurate emotion. Until now, there … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 10, Issue 12 · 29 Dec 2014 · 8,527 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractEfficient Processing for Binary Submatrix MatchingAzzam Sleit, Wesam AlMobaideen, Mohammad Qatawneh, Heba SaadehThe heavy demand for large volumes of digital data has increased the interest in matrix-like representation. Matrices are well organized data structures which are suitable to store uniform data in order to simplify data access and manipulation. For several applications, the need is critical to efficiently search for a specific pattern in matrix structures. A pattern can be represented as … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 6, Issue 1 · 31 Jan 2009 · 7,616 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessAll words, across the recordDesign and Development of an Automatic Penetration Test Generation Methodology for Security of Web ApplicationsShilpa R. G., Pushphavathi T. P., Murthy P. V. R.In today's world, web application security is becoming more crucial. Web applications frequently hold sensitive data, which might be compromised if it were to fall into the hands of a hostile attacker. This leads to significant losses for businesses and customers alike and exposes the qualities of confidentiality, integrity, and availability. A penetration test is an attempt to exploit vulnerabilities … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 20, Issue 10 · 30 Jul 2024 · 5,738 accessesView PDF Cite
