Research ArticleOpen accessPhrase in the titleEfficient Pose Tracking based on Line Segment MatchingJunqiu Wang, Jingjing Cui, Yanjie Gao et al.Pose tracking is a crucial issue for many applications such as robotic tasks and facility operations. Vision-based approaches with non-contact properties are appropriate choices for these tasks. However, vision-based approaches are not sufficiently robust and fast. In this work, we propose a vision-based pose tracking to deal with these problems. We estimate poses using Lie group and Lie algebra representation … …American Journal of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Vol. 12, Issue 1 · 27 Dec 2018 · 7,848 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the keywordsHead Gesture Analysis using Matrix Group Displacement AlgorithmMahmoud Z. IskandaraniA novel algorithm for head gestures interpretation is designed and tested. The designed system carries out gesture detection and recognition using the MGDA algorithm, which implements random sampling and importance sampling, such technique can track head poses and estimate head positions. Problem statement: Head position is an important indicator of a person’s focus of attention, which can be used as … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 6, Issue 11 · 23 Oct 2010 · 7,247 accessesView PDFCite
