Research ArticleOpen accessIn the author namesMethods of Fast ExponentiationMohammed Al-MaitahProblem statement: Modular exponentiation constitutes the basis of many well-known and widely used public key cryptosystems. Approach: A fast portable modular exponentiation algorithm considerably enhanced the speed and applicability of these systems, also an efficient implementation of this algorithm was the key to high performance of such system. Results: In this study, two main approaches for solving this problem were … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 6, Issue 5 · 31 May 2010 · 7,695 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessIn the author namesAn Algorithm for Accelerated Acquirement of Minimal Representation of Super-large NumbersMohammed Al-MaitahAn algorithm for accelerated acquirement of minimal representation of super-large numbers was presented. The algorithm considers a new form of arithmetic, which was called arithmetic of q-representation of large range integers; which was based on the numbers of the generalized sequence of Fibonacci. The estimations of the complexity of the offered algorithms are presented. …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 2, Issue 12 · 31 Dec 2006 · 7,033 accessesView PDF Cite
