Review ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleAdvances in Modern Biotechnological Tools for Sustainable Control of Plant Viral DiseasesNabela Akter, Ankita Saha, Md. Abdullah Al Sabbir, Md. Motaher HossainPlant viruses pose a major threat to global food production, causing yield losses across many staple and horticultural crops. Conventional breeding for resistance is typically slow and constrained by the number of available natural resistance genes. Recent breakthroughs in biotechnology have enabled the development of accurate, flexible, and environmentally friendly technologies to confer virus resistance. This review summarizes exciting developments … …OnLine Journal of Biological Sciences, Vol. 26, Issue 2 · 16 Jul 2026 · 726 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the keywordsMorphing Mechanisms Part 2: Using Repetitive Control to Morph Cam Follower MotionNonglak Phetkong, Meng-Sang Chew, Richard W. LongmanThis research utilizes the repetitive control approach in morphing a high-speed cam mechanism so that its output displacement tracks the desired output trajectory. The main objective is to reduce the output tracking error, which is the difference between the actual and desired output displacements of the output mass. A 3-degree of freedom mathematical model is used to analyze and represent … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 2, Issue 5 · 31 May 2005 · 7,369 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the keywordsMorphing Mechanisms Part 1: Using Iterative Learning Control to Morph Cam Follower MotionNonglak Phetkong, Meng-Sang Chew, Richard W. LongmanThis study introduces the concept of morphing mechanisms. Mechanisms are normally designed for specific operating conditions and once they are built one may wish to use them under different operating conditions. In some cases, a mechanism may be imperfectly fabricated and one would like to get the intended ideal performance. In these cases, instead of designing, fabricating and replacing the … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 2, Issue 5 · 31 May 2005 · 6,837 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractDesign and Evaluation of a Blockchain-Integrated Secure Cloud Storage SystemWalde Rajesh Baliram, Bashir Alam, M. N. DojaCloud storage is a critical part of modern computer systems that has a centralized structure, which opens sensitive data to security risks, including unauthorized access, insider threats, and data tampering. In order to mitigate these issues, this paper proposed a novel cloud storage system with built-in blockchain, AES-256 encryption, access control using smart contracts, and a dual-hash integrity check system. … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 22, Issue 7 · 22 Jul 2026 · 911 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractArtificial Intelligence in Quality Control: Transforming Manufacturing ProcessesGopinath KathiresanThe integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into Quality Control (QC) is transforming manufacturing by enhancing accuracy, efficiency, and productivity. Traditional QC methods, reliant on manual inspection and basic automation, often fall short in addressing the complexities of modern production environments. This paper presents a review on the application of AI, particularly machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning, in manufacturing … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 22, Issue 1 · 12 Feb 2026 · 6,492 accessesView PDFCite
