Research ArticleOpen accessPhrase in the titleCommon Fixed Point Theorems for Four Maps in G-Partial Metric SpacesKanayo Stella Eke, Grace O. AkinlabiThe common fixed point principle for two set of maps satisfying specified contractive conditions in cone metric spaces is proved in the context of G-partial metric space and none of the maps involved therein is continuous. Our research outcome extends well known similar results available in the literature. …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 14, Issue 3 · 10 Mar 2017 · 7,287 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleContinuity Function on Partial Metric SpaceFitri Aryani, Hafiz Mahmud, Corry Corazon Marzuki et al.Ordered pairs form of a metric space (S,d), where d is the metric on a nonempty set S. Concept of partial metric space is a minimal generalization of a metric space where each x∈S,d(x,x) does not need to be zero, in other terms is known as non-self-distance. Axiom obtained from the generalization is following properties p(x,x)≤p(x,y) for every x,y∈S.
