Research ArticleOpen accessIn the keywordsA Secure Framework for Decentralized Digital Lockers Using Blockchain TechnologyYassir Farooqui, Syed Ibad Ali, Kishori Shekokar et al.In the age of digital transformation, the Decentralized Digital lockers provide as an innovative combination of blockchain This paper presents a decentralized digital locker system that combines blockchain technology with a user-friendly web application to securely store and manage digital assets. By using the Ethereum blockchain, the platform ensures strong security and unchangeable records. Users can easily register, store, and … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 21, Issue 9 · 23 Oct 2025 · 2,929 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the keywordsBlockchain Based Solution for Secure and Efficient Agricultural Supply Chain SystemsYassir Farooqui, Syed Ibad Ali, Kush Bhushanwar et al.The agricultural supply chain forms the backbone for feeding the world and supporting economies, but there is always a challenge to it such as traceability, inefficiencies, fraud risk, and poor transparency. Trust is hampered as many traditional systems still depend on manual procedures and distributed data records. So as to overcome the issues and improve the security, overall effectiveness, and … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 22, Issue 10 · 28 Sep 2026 · 613 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractBlockchain Integrated Distributed Threshold Elliptic Curve Cryptography Framework for Scalable and Secure Cloud Data StorageNaga Swetha Dhulipudi, Balaji SavadamThe development of cloud computing offers scalable processing capabilities, thereby enabling organizations to store and process sensitive data in the cloud. However, it faces crucial security challenges, as existing cryptographic and blockchain systems suffer from poor scalability and centralized key management, which creates a single point of failure and introduces vulnerabilities to both quantum and classical attacks. This research proposes … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 22, Issue 11 · 19 Oct 2026 · 395 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractA Safe Method of Storing and Exchanging Electronic Health Records Using Smart Contracts and Blockchain Technology Using Fully Hashed Menezes-Qu-Vanstone AlgorithmMeenakshi Vashisth, Raju RanjanElectronic Health Records (EHRs) are essential for clinicians, patients, and researchers because they support timely care and informed decision-making. For this reason, digital health information must be collected, managed, and stored with strong protections to preserve privacy and prevent tampering. One approach to strengthening security is to use blockchain-based storage alongside smart contracts and controlled data sharing, which can help … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 22, Issue 2 · 21 Feb 2026 · 1,635 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractMulti-Agent Energy Allocation Optimization in Local Energy Communities: A Comparative StudyAmira Dhorbani, Dhaker Abbes, Benoît Robyns, Kahina Hassam OuariThe growing diversity of energy demands, combined with the integration of renewable and distributed energy systems, calls for more adaptive energy management strategies. This study presents a comparative simulation-based analysis of three energy management approaches applied to a local energy community: A Multi-Agent System (MAS), a centralized rule-based method, and a game-theory-based optimization using the Alternating Direction Method of Multipliers … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 22, Issue 1 · 30 Dec 2025 · 3,381 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractSafeguarding Electronic Health Records: A Review of Privacy and Security in EHR WorkflowsGayathri Hegde M, P. Deepa Shenoy, Venugopal K RElectronic Health Records (EHRs) have revolutionized the healthcare industry by improving the accessibility to patient data, optimizing workflows and refining clinical decision making. The increasing use of digital records raises serious privacy and security concerns, particularly about healthcare data storage and management, access and retrieval, and sharing and interoperability. This survey paper comprehensively reviews existing privacy-preserving and security-enhancing approaches across … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 21, Issue 11 · 18 Dec 2025 · 2,233 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractA Fast Access Big Data Approach for Configurable and Scalable Object Storage Enabling Mixed Fault-ToleranceCarlos Roberto Valêncio, André Francisco Morielo Caetano, Angelo Cesar Colombini et al.The progressive growth in the volume of digital data has become a technological challenge of great interest in the field of computer science. That comes because, with the spread of personal computers and networks worldwide, content generation is taking larger proportions and very different formats from what had been usual until then. To analyze and extract relevant knowledge from these … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 13, Issue 6 · 1 Jul 2017 · 7,888 accessesView PDFCite
