Tang, S. SulaimanScheduling occurs in every organization without considering the nature of its activities. In this regard, numerous scholars have attempted to schedule via divergent methods including classical scheduling, genetic algorithm, neural network and fuzzy logic and so on. Studies in manufacturing scheduling mostly deal with priority rules without any consideration of the system states. An appropriate scheduling leads to significant enhancement … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 9, Issue 9 · 31 Jul 2012 · 7,015 accessesView PDF Cite

The first order temperature control system in plastic extrusion comprises of coupling effects, long delay time and large time constants. Controlling temperature is very difficult as the process is multistage process and the system coupled with each other. In order to … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 7, Issue 5 · 7 May 2011 · 7,112 accessesView PDF Cite

Many prevention mechanisms which are currently available are not able to classify anomalous, random and normal request. This leads to the problem of false positives which is classifying a normal request as anomalous and denying access … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 7, Issue 2 · 25 Feb 2011 · 7,305 accessesView PDF Cite

The two-phase learning is implemented to perform structure identification and parameter estimation for the controller. In the first phase, similarity index-based fuzzy c-means clustering technique extracts the fuzzy rules in the premise part for the neural-fuzzy controller. This technique enables the recruitment … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 5, Issue 7 · 31 Jul 2008 · 6,939 accessesView PDF Cite
