Research ArticleOpen accessIn the keywordsIntegration of Quantum Cryptography through Satellite Networks TransmissionSkander Aris, Abderraouf Messai, Malek Benslama et al.Problem statement: The security of the telecommunications satellite has become a crucial issue. The telecommunications can be set using the classical cryptography. But this so-called classical cryptography provides cryptographic security. This means that security is based on the difficulty of some mathematics problems. On the other hand, quantum cryptography provides security without conditions based on the law of quantum physics. … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 8, Issue 1 · 31 Jan 2011 · 7,516 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessIn the keywordsCache Management for Concurrent Transaction Execution in Mobile Wireless EnvironmentJ.C. Miraclin Joyce Pamila, K. ThanushkodiProblem statement: Improvement in mobile communication technology and increased capability of mobile devices has made transaction processing possible with mobile devices. Transactions access services provided by the data server connected to the packet data network. Direct data access may overload the network and server. Data items are cached to improve data availability. The cache should be managed and maintained effectively … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 7, Issue 3 · 7 Mar 2011 · 6,809 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractRain Events Detection using Energy Variation of Commercial Microwave Links AttenuationWend Yam Serge Boris Ouedraogo, Moumouni Djibo, Ali Doumounia et al.In this study, we propose a new method for detecting wet periods by using telecommunications Commercial Microwave Links (CML). The purpose of the study is to automatically find rain time slots. The attenuation of the microwave signal, propagating between a transmitting antenna and a receiving one, due to the variations of the climatic conditions over the link, is a non-stationary … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 19, Issue 1 · 20 Aug 2022 · 6,287 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractMathematical Analysis of M/M/C Vacation Queueing Model with a Waiting Server and Impatient CustomersGanesh Sapkota, R. P. GhimireIn this study, the transient analysis of the M/M/C queueing system has been made under the provision of servers' single vacation and loss of impatient customers. Customers arrive in the system in the Poisson process and are served by multiple servers in an exponential distribution process. Customers are served in the chronological order of their arrival. The main purpose of … …Journal of Mathematics and Statistics, Vol. 18, Issue 1 · 19 Apr 2022 · 7,778 accessesView PDF Cite
