Research ArticleOpen accessPhrase in the titleAverage Mutual Information Analysis of Multiple Input and Multiple Output System with Multihop Relaying in Wireless Communication SystemC. Poongodi, A. ShanmugamProblem statement: Multiple Input and Multiple Output (MIMO) system with Multihop relaying techhnique is significant and active areas of wireless communication. In a rich scattering environment MIMO antenna system provides better channel capacity and data rates than single antenna systems. To provide high throughput, reliable transmission and broad coverage, wireless relaying techniques are essential in a variety of applications. In … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 9, Issue 10 · 25 Aug 2012 · 7,551 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractSSM: Slot Scheduling Mechanisms in a Multihop Wireless Hotspot NetworkMaan Younis AbdullahOur focus was to determine a "slot" time for message forwarding. To this end, we model the system as a "Queue" where the time for packet forwarding is determined by slot, at different slot range for each relaying node. We also introduced one important reason of the poor performance is the close coupling between medium contention and network congestion. Our … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 3, Issue 7 · 31 Jul 2007 · 6,445 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractConstructing Longest Lifetime Route in Mobile Ad-hoc NetworksFredrick Mtenzi, Yingyu WanA mobile ad hoc network (MANET) is an autonomous system consisting of mobile hosts connected by wireless links. Every host can move in any direction at any speed and time. This leads to a dynamic topology as hosts move constantly. MANET broadcast messages to each hosts, the transmission of one host can be heard by all hosts in its communication … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 1, Issue 2 · 19 Oct 2005 · 4,936 accessesView PDF Cite
