Research ArticleOpen accessA NOVEL HYBRID NODE LOCALIZATION ALGORITHM FOR WIRELESS SENSOR NETWORKSLiu Yu, Wang Haipeng, He You, Shen JianNode self-localization is one of the supporting technologies in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs). In this study, a distributed hybrid localization algorithm based on divide-and-conquer and refinement method is proposed. Firstly, the effect of ranging error in the Received Signal Strength (RSS) model on node localization is analyzed and the topology relations of anchors and unknown nodes are derived when the … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 9, Issue 12 · 25 Nov 2013 · 6,878 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessNEW TRACK-TO-TRACK CORRELATION ALGORITHMS BASED ON BITHRESHOLD IN A DISTRIBUTED MULTISENSOR INFORMATION FUSION SYSTEMLiu Yu, Wang Haipeng, He You et al.Track-to-Track correlation (or association) is an ongoing area of interest in the field of distributed multisensory information fusion. In order to perform accurately identifying tracks with common origin and get fast convergence, this study presents independent and dependent Bi-threshold Track Correlation Algorithms (called BTCAs), which are described in detail and the track correlation mass and multivalency processing methods are discussed … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 9, Issue 12 · 25 Nov 2013 · 6,643 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessTHE ERROR REGISTRATION TECHNIQUE FOR MANEUVERING RADAR NETWORKLiu Yu, Wang Haipeng, Xiong Wei, He YouThis study studies are error registration algorithm for the maneuvering radar network, which is one of the difficult problems of multi-sensor registration. When the maneuvering radar has no orientation bias, measurement equations of both attitude bias and measurement bias can be established by using the common targets observed by different radars. Based on the equations, the real-time estimation of both … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 9, Issue 12 · 25 Nov 2013 · 6,581 accessesView PDF Cite
