Research ArticleOpen accessIn the keywordsCLUSTER BASED CACHE CONSISTENCY USING AGENT TECHNIQUE IN MOBILE ENVIRONMENTShanmugarathinam Ganesarathinam, Vivekanandan KanniappanCaching is an essential mechanism in mobile environment. Mobile node makes access dynamic changing data object to their server and to get the interested data to keep their own as local copies in the cache. If the server database is updated, the data cached in mobile client is invalidated and it becomes inconsistent between client and server. Research ArticleOpen accessIn the keywordsEfficient Sensor Stream Data Processing System to use Cache Technique for Ubiquitous Sensor Network Application ServiceJun-Yong Park, Ryum-Duck OhProblem statement: For the purpose of supporting application services in the Ubiquitous Sensor Network (USN) environment, efficient processing of stream data that occur in the sensor nodes and relevant utilization technologies are being studied. Approach: The conversion of various sensor stream data that occur in the sensor nodes into sensor data suitable for use in the upper-level application system is … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 8, Issue 3 · 9 Jan 2012 · 6,871 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessAll words, across the recordCollaborative Caching Architecture for Continuous Query in Mobile DatabaseMohamed Ahmed Elfaki, Hamidah Ibrahim, Ali Mamat, Mohamed OthmanProblem statement: Cooperative caching, which allows sharing and coordination of cached data among clients, is a potential technique to improve the data access performance and availability in mobile ad hoc networks. However, variable data sizes, frequent data updates, limited client resources, insufficient wireless bandwidth and client’s mobility make cache management faces many challenges. Approach: In this study, we propose a … …American Journal of Economics and Business Administration, Vol. 3, Issue 1 · 7 Jan 2011 · 8,875 accessesView PDF Cite
