Research ArticleOpen accessIn the keywordsWeb-Enabled Generalized Architectural Model for Online Power System AnalysisBoopathi C. Sengodan, Subhransu Sekhar Dash, Subramani Chinnamuthu et al.In this study, an effective Web-enabled generalized architectural model is proposed. The proposed model makes the power system analysis to be completely secured, distributed, platform-independent and language-independent. Although significant progress has been made for on-line power system analysis in distributed environment, still efficient distributed environment has not yet been exploited. The Web-enabled architectural models are emerging as basic methodologies to … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 10, Issue 9 · 24 Aug 2013 · 6,721 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractData Integrity Proof and Secure Computation in Cloud ComputingVeeralakshmi Ponnuramu, Latha TamilselvanCloud computing is an emerging computing paradigm in which information technology resources and capacities are provided as services over the internet. The users can remotely store their data into the cloud so that the users can be relieved from the burden of local data storage and maintenance. The user does not have any control on the remotely located data. This … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 8, Issue 12 · 5 Dec 2012 · 7,716 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractHybridization of Genetic Algorithm with Parallel Implementation of Simulated Annealing for Job Shop SchedulingThamilselvan Rakkiannan, Balasubramanie PalanisamyProblem statement: The Job Shop Scheduling Problem (JSSP) is observed as one of the most difficult NP-hard, combinatorial problem. The problem consists of determining the most efficient schedule for jobs that are processed on several machines. Approach: In this study Genetic Algorithm (GA) is integrated with the parallel version of Simulated Annealing Algorithm (SA) is applied to the job shop … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 9, Issue 10 · 25 Aug 2012 · 7,062 accessesView PDF Cite
