This study explores how information reliability and cloud computing efficiency influence website design and e-commerce business development decisions on cloud computing. The researchers distributed 379 questionnaires to determine the sample size, resulting in a 46.50% response rate of 46.50% with 186 participants. … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 20, Issue 2 · 3 Jan 2024 · 5,746 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleThe Reliability of Routing Protocols as an Important Factor for Road Safety Applications in VANET-based Autonomous CarsAnanto Tri Sasongko, Grafika Jati, Bob Hardian, Wisnu JatmikoThe autonomous cars are considered as a tremendous disruptive innovation in the coming years. They enable a driving automation system to replace human drivers to control the vehicle with better recognition, decision and driving skills and ultimately enhance the road users’ experience and traffic safety. They can communicate with other cars as they are ready with the Vehicle to Vehicle … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 16, Issue 6 · 15 Jun 2020 · 7,425 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleMechanical Reliability Calculations for the Thin Specialty Glass PV Solar PanelsDhananjay Joshi, James E. WebbThis study provides important design guidance to the Photovoltaic (PV) solar panel development efforts using the finite element based computations of the PV module under the mechanical loadings. We consider specialty thin glass (Corning Eagle XG®) as superstrate of the PV module, while a standard tempered Soda-Lime-Silica Glass (SLG) is considered as bottom support. The reliability calculations for the module … …International Journal of Structural Glass and Advanced Materials Research, Vol. 3, Issue 1 · 3 Sep 2019 · 7,141 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleDynamic Reliability Analysis of Steel Moment Frames Using Monte Carlo TechniqueMajid Mahjoor Lotf AabadiDesigning of structures is the function of operation of them. However, operation of the structures depends on different uncertainties. In practical cases, uncertain parameters are simplified and formulated to certain parameters which are implemented in the designing approach. In this investigation, different structural parameters which bear with uncertainties including loading conditions, strength of materials and geometry of the structural elements … …American Journal of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Vol. 12, Issue 2 · 17 Jun 2019 · 7,683 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleReliability of Selected Critical Infrastructure ElementsLucia Figuli, Matúš Ivančo, Zuzana Kubíková, Zuzana ZvakováThe paper brings an overview of aspect of reliability of selected critical infrastructure elements. Firstly critical infrastructure elements are defined. Extreme loading of such elements and the normative standards are mentioned. The paper brings an overview about a current research connected with critical infrastructure element protection and in conclusions defines new challenges for the research in the problem. …International Journal of Structural Glass and Advanced Materials Research, Vol. 2, Issue 1 · 16 Jul 2018 · 6,437 accessesView PDFCite
