Review ArticleOpen accessIn the keywordsCognitive Workload Assessment: A Comprehensive ReviewNegin Ozve Aminian, William Michael, Mehdi GhoreyshiMental workload during high-effort tasks is a crucial measure of effective task performance. Maintaining cognitive demands within an individual's capacity enables the effective performance of complex multi-tasking. Conversely, surpassing this margin may lead to unpredictable and suboptimal performance. This review explores human mental workload assessment across real-world tasks like aircraft piloting, vehicle driving under challenging conditions, and automated power plant … …Journal of Aircraft and Spacecraft Technology, Vol. 9, Issue 1 · 20 Aug 2025 · 7,554 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractMulti-FOM: A Unified Multimodal Deep Learning Framework for Intelligent Pre-Harvest Papaya Classification and Crop ValorisationSovers Singh Bisht, Sanjeev Thakur, Sanjeev PanwarIntelligent pre-harvest crop assessment has become an essential component of precision agriculture, where accurate crop quality evaluation enables informed decision-making and sustainable crop management. However, existing multimodal frameworks often exhibit limited data diversity and insufficient cross-modal semantic interaction, reducing the reliability of intelligent crop valorisation. Address these limitations, this paper proposes a Multimodal Focal-Mamba Optimized Valorisation Model (Multi-FOM), a unified … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 22, Issue 9 · 24 Sep 2026 · 670 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractGait Analysis Combining Sports Biomechanics and ImagingChao ZhuAiming at the problems of marker positioning error, soft tissue interference, and insufficient personalized modeling ability in traditional gait analysis, this study proposes a gait assessment method that integrates sports biomechanics and multimodal imaging analysis. Firstly, based on the public OU-ISIR gait database, a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is used to extract the key gait features in the human silhouette … …American Journal of Biochemistry and Biotechnology, Vol. 22, Issue 2 · 20 Jul 2026 · 850 accessesView PDF Cite
