Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleRoute Optimization using Hybrid GRU Learning Model for SDN and Edge-Based VANET TopologySavitha Kumar, Chandrasekar ChinnasamyIntelligent Transportation System (ITS) offersoutstanding features, including security applications and emergency alerts.Unfortunately, ITS limits traffic control services, adaptability, andadjustability due to the traffic volume. Hence, expanding the standard VehicularAd hoc Networks (VANET) framework is a requirement. As a result, in the latestdays, the concept of Software-Defined Networking based Vehicular Ad hocNetworks (SDN-VANETs) has drawn considerable attention, creating VANETssmarter. The SDN-VANETs … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 18, Issue 8 · 26 Aug 2022 · 6,160 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the keywordsProposing a Hybrid Topological Organization for Non-Misbehaving Nodes with Optimal Path Selection Using Game-Theoretic ApproachKanmani S, M. MuraliIn dynamic communication networks, improvement of energy efficiency is one of the major challenges for reliable communication. By considering this challenge, we focus to develop the topology of the network. In this study, we design a hybrid star-mesh topology for minimizing the latency as well as energy consumption of the network. In the hybrid network topology, the Ad-Hoc On-Demand Multipath … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 19, Issue 10 · 31 Aug 2023 · 5,397 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractHybrid Optimization to Trust Enhanced Secure Routing Optimization with IABC and CGWAA for MANETYuvaraja Panneer Selvam, Suganthi PerumalRouting in Mobile Ad Hoc Networks (MANET) presents significant challenges due to the dynamic nature of network topology. Optimal route selection and efficient route discovery are matched by effective routing in MANET. This study proposes a Hybrid Optimization to Trust-Enhanced Secure Routing Optimization (HO-TESRO) designed to address these challenges in IoT environments by integrating metrics such as link stability, bandwidth, … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 21, Issue 4 · 19 Mar 2025 · 4,983 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractA NOVEL ARTIFICIAL HYDROCARBON NETWORKS BASED SPACE VECTOR PULSE WIDTH MODULATION CONTROLLER FOR INDUCTION MOTORSHiram Ponce, Luis Ibarra, Pedro Ponce, Arturo MolinaMost of machine-operated industrial processes implement electric machinery as their work sources, implying the necessary improvement of control techniques and power electronics drivers. Many years have passed since the control conflicts related to induction motors have been overcome through torque-flux control techniques so their advantages over direct current motors have made them to be the most common electric actuator found … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 11, Issue 5 · 26 Feb 2014 · 7,039 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractA NOVEL HYBRID NODE LOCALIZATION ALGORITHM FOR WIRELESS SENSOR NETWORKSLiu Yu, Wang Haipeng, He You, Shen JianNode self-localization is one of the supporting technologies in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs). In this study, a distributed hybrid localization algorithm based on divide-and-conquer and refinement method is proposed. Firstly, the effect of ranging error in the Received Signal Strength (RSS) model on node localization is analyzed and the topology relations of anchors and unknown nodes are derived when the … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 9, Issue 12 · 25 Nov 2013 · 6,878 accessesView PDFCite

Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractA Hybrid Approach for Node Co-Operation Based Clustering in Mobile Ad Hoc NetworksC. Sathiyakumar, K. DuraiswamyA Mobile Ad-Hoc Network (MANET) is termed as a set of wireless nodes which could be built with infrastructure less environment where network services are afforded by the nodes themselves. In such a situation, if a node refuses to co-operate with other nodes, then it will lead to a considerable diminution in throughput and the network operation decreases to low … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 9, Issue 2 · 26 Mar 2013 · 6,964 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractAn Analysis and Overview of Wireless Routing ProtocolsN. Dhanalakshmi, P. AlliProblem statement: In the past, the main focus of the research in the wireless network is to provide optimal routes between source and destination nodes. The wireless routing is required additional computational effort than wired routing in order to fulfill the major wireless characteristics such as battery power constraints, frequent mobility and less processing. Approach: In addition to wired routing … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 8, Issue 3 · 17 Jan 2012 · 7,628 accessesView PDFCite
