Research ArticleOpen accessIn the keywordsEfficient Broadcasting in Mobile Ad Hoc Networks Using Context Aware Adaptive Routing Protocol during Network PartitionsS. V.M.G. Bavithiraja, R. RadhakrishnanProblem statement: In mobile ado network, broadcasting is a common operation for route establishment and for sending control and emergency messages. Reliable Broadcasting in mobile ad hoc networks requires delivery of messages from different sources to all the nodes of the network within bounded time. The nodes are highly mobile and the network is highly dynamic and decentralized. Most of … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 8, Issue 5 · 28 Feb 2012 · 6,464 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessIn the keywordsVarying Overhead Ad Hoc on Demand Vector Routing in Highly Mobile Ad Hoc NetworkV. Balaji, V. DuraisamyProblem statement: An inherent feature of mobile ad hoc networks is the frequent change of network topology leading to stability and reliability problems of the network. Highly dynamic and dense network have to maintain acceptable level of service to data packets and limit the network control overheads. This capability is closely related as how quickly the network protocol control overhead … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 7, Issue 5 · 7 May 2011 · 7,000 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractAn Optimized Ad Hoc on Demand Distance Vector Routing Protocol for Wireless NetworksV. Ponniyin Selvan, S. Senthil KumarProblem statement: Wireless Mesh Networks (WMN) is communication network made up of mesh routers and mesh clients, with mesh routers forming the backbone of the network. The WMN can be accessed by other networks through gateways and bridging functions in the mesh routers. The mesh clients can either be static or mobile with an option of forming a client mesh … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 8, Issue 7 · 21 Jun 2012 · 7,168 accessesView PDF Cite
