Research ArticleOpen accessPhrase in the titleInterest-based Recommendation in Digital LibraryYan Yang, Jian Zhong LiWith the huge amount and large variety of information available in a digital library, it’s becoming harder and harder for users to identify and get hold of their interested documents. To alleviate the difficulty, personalized recommendation techniques have been developed. Current recommendation techniques rely on similarity between documents. In our work, recommendations are made based on three factors: similarity between … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 1, Issue 1 · 31 Mar 2005 · 7,011 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractSystematic Literature Review of Graph Neural Networks in Disaster Management: Methods, Applications, and Future DirectionsSularno, Wendi Boy, Putri Anggraini et al.The increasing frequency and complexity of natural disasters underscore the urgent need for intelligent systems that support timely and effective decision-making. Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) have emerged as a powerful deep-learning paradigm for modeling spatial and relational data, offering distinct advantages for disaster management. This study presents a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of GNN-based approaches for disaster mitigation, emergency response, … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 22, Issue 2 · 17 Feb 2026 · 2,036 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractAn On-line Analytical Processing (OLAP) Aggregation Function for Rising Aspects in Collaboration and Social NetworksWaqas Nawaz, Kifayat Ullah Khan, Muhammad Shoaib SiddiquiThe overwhelming usage of social and collaboration networks provides the opportunity to analyze evolution of relationships among individuals, like celebrities or co-authors. Discovering such phenomenon in large complex networks is non-trivial due to their large sizes. In this situation, the aggregation functions used in OLAP, are useful to analyze the summarized data.
