Research ArticleOpen accessPhrase in the titleSelf-Supervised Contrastive Learning for Steering Angle Prediction in Autonomous Driving SimulationsMaxson Phang, Suryadiputra LiawatimenaPredicting steering angles is a crucial task in autonomous driving, with end-to-end deep learning being a widely used approach. However, such models often suffer from overfitting to learned trajectories, limiting their generalization to new data. To address this, self-supervised contrastive learning is explored as an alternative, allowing models to learn meaningful representations without labeled data. The primary objective is to … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 21, Issue 9 · 20 Oct 2025 · 2,581 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessPhrase in the titlePHASEY: A Contrastive Learning Approach for Enhanced Human Gait Phases RecognitionUrvashi, Deepak Kumar, Vinay Kukreja, Ayush DograHuman gait has gained much attention in behavioral biometrics as it possesses unique and distinctive characteristics. Gait phases, which describe the different patterns of human walking, are significant for the analysis and understanding of movement in an individual. Hence, the identification of gait phases is important for the accurate determination and interpretation of walking patterns, ranging from healthcare and security … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 21, Issue 8 · 16 Sep 2025 · 4,638 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessIn the keywordsHybrid Pipelines for Intelligent Human Resources Text Classification: LLMs, RAG, and Generative AISoumia Chafi, Mustapha Kabil, Abdessamad KamoussThe digital transformation of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) requires advanced approaches to process unstructured textual data originating from Curriculum Vitae (CVs), cover letters, and job postings. Traditional text classification methods exhibit limitations when faced with current needs for contextual understanding and fine-grained skill detection. This paper proposes a hybrid pipeline combining advanced text classification, contrastive learning (SimCSE, Contriever), Retrieval-Augmented … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 22, Issue 4 · 22 Apr 2026 · 1,509 accessesView PDF Cite
