Research ArticleOpen accessPhrase in the titleA Context-Aware Temporal Convolutional Network for Water Replacement Prediction in Catfish Biofloc Ponds With Imbalanced Event HandlingYaddarabullah, Inanpi Hidayati Sumiasih, Mutiara Dewi PuspitawatiWater replacement is a biologically critical yet under-automated decision in biofloc-based aquaculture systems. Mistimed actions can destabilize microbial ecosystems, elevate fish mortality, and compromise sustainability through excessive water usage. Traditional rule-based heuristics often fail to account for the nonlinear and multiscale dynamics of pond environments. To address this, we propose a Context-Aware Temporal Convolutional Network (CA-TCN), a rare-event classification framework … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 22, Issue 3 · 5 Mar 2026 · 1,664 accessesView PDFCite

Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleImproving Coordination and Communication in Distributed Software Development through Context-Based Software Artifacts Awareness: A Controlled ExperimentRafael Leonardo Vivian, Elisa Hatsue Moriya Huzita, Renato Balancieri et al.Distributed Software Development (DSD) has brought many competitive advantages, such as increased productivity, improved product quality and cost reduction. However, the geographic and temporal distances and sociocultural differences between distributed teams, expanded some challenges and, above all, added new requirements with regard to communication and coordination. This scenario has influenced on the software artifacts that are produced and/or modified, because … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 14, Issue 11 · 15 Nov 2018 · 7,158 accessesView PDFCite

Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleContext Aware Middleware Model for Handling Vehicular Safety IssuesArunkumar Thangavelu, R. A.K. SaravanaguruProblem statement: This study proposed a mathematical model for the existing framework InVANET; context prediction and simulation for vehicle safety. Approach: Markov process was used to model context and predict the states with the help of transition probability matrix. The context parameters were collected from CarSim simulator and inferred using JENA and SPARQL. Results: The longitudinal speed and lateral offset … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 8, Issue 8 · 12 Jul 2012 · 7,103 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleA Context Aware Deep Learning Framework for Multi-Level Arabic Fake News Detection Using Hybrid Linguistic RepresentationsNoor Mahmoud Alkudah, Somia Abufakher, Raja Masadeh et al.The rapid spread of false information on social media has made it even more important to be able to spot false news, especially in Arabic-speaking areas where language is more complicated and news is organized in a hierarchy. Recent research show that deep learning and transformer-based models work well, but most of them only look at performance metrics and don't … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 22, Issue 3 · 27 Mar 2026 · 1,566 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleEfficient Broadcasting in Mobile Ad Hoc Networks Using Context Aware Adaptive Routing Protocol during Network PartitionsS. V.M.G. Bavithiraja, R. RadhakrishnanProblem statement: In mobile ado network, broadcasting is a common operation for route establishment and for sending control and emergency messages. Reliable Broadcasting in mobile ad hoc networks requires delivery of messages from different sources to all the nodes of the network within bounded time. The nodes are highly mobile and the network is highly dynamic and decentralized. Most of … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 8, Issue 5 · 28 Feb 2012 · 6,461 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleFFA-CONTEXT AWARE ENERGY EFFICIENT ROUTING USING FAST REACTIVE AND ADAPTIVE ALGORITHMP. Kavitha Rani, E. KannanA vital issue of routing is how to efficiently strengthen energy consumption of the whole network and to avoid the energy-hole which leads to node failure or node death; this scenario makes the network to work improperly and leads to network death, Here we proves our hypothesis with linearity between routing and linear principles. Our proposed work effectively utilizes the … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 11, Issue 2 · 26 Dec 2013 · 6,617 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the keywordsImproving the Exploration Strategy of an Automated Android GUI Testing Tool based on the Q-Learning Algorithm by Selecting Potential ActionsGoh Kwang Yi, Salmi Binti Baharom, Jamilah DinResearchers have proposed automated testing tools to minimise the effort and resources spent on testing GUIs. A relatively simple strategy employed by the proposed tools thus far is the observe-select-execute approach, where all of a GUI’s actions on its current state are observed, one action is selected and the selected action is executed on the software. The strategy’s key function … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 18, Issue 2 · 2 Mar 2022 · 6,783 accessesView PDFCite
