TalbarProblem statement: Morphing of images has evolved and become a challenging field in information hiding and data security. The objective of this study is to secure the image data over internet while transmitting using the concept of image morphing Approach: To address this issue, the study proposed the new approach for image data security using the concept of image morphing. … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 6, Issue 9 · 30 Sep 2010 · 7,208 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessAll words, across the recordCaller Line Identity Delivery: A Computerized Call Alert ApplicationZoubir HamiciThe subject of this study was to analyze the Frequency Shift Keying caller ID FSK transmission protocol used by Jordan Telecom. and implement a call alert computer application. An FSK decoder is presented and a decoding algorithm based on asynchronous data communication is discussed. Data is captured through the RS232 serial port and a 32-bit software is presented as a … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 1, Issue 2 · 19 Oct 2005 · 4,906 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessAll words, across the recordPerformance Evaluation of Chaotic Encryption TechniqueAncy Mariam Babu, K. John SinghDrastic growth in multimedia communication resulted to numerous security issues in the transmission of data. Moreover, the network used for the digital communication does not provide much security for the data transfer. During this time, tens of millions people using the internet options for essential communication and is being a tool for commercial field increased, So that security is an … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 10, Issue 1 · 8 Jan 2013 · 7,206 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessAll words, across the recordDesign of Robust UPFC Controller Using H∞ Control Theory in Electric Power SystemSeyed Abbas Taher, Shahabeddin Akbari, Ali Abdolalipour, Reza HemattiAn industrial plant, such a power system, always contains parametric uncertainties. In the design of a controller the uncertainties have to be considered. Otherwise, if the real plant differs from the assumed plant model, a controller, designed based on classical controller design approaches, may not ensure the stability of the overall system. In this paper design of robust control for … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 5, Issue 8 · 31 Aug 2008 · 7,090 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessAll words, across the recordDecentralized Controller Design for Static Synchronous Compensator Using Robust Quantitative Feedback Theory MethodSeyed Abbas Taher, Reza Hematti, Ali Abdolalipour, Majid NematiThe Static Synchronous Compensator (STATCOM) provides shunt compensation in similar way to the Static VAR Compensator (SVC) but utilizes a voltage source converter rather than capacitors and reactor. In practice systems use simple Proportional-Integral (PI) controllers for control of STATCOM. However, since the PI control parameters were usually tuned based on classical or trial-and-error approaches, they were incapable of obtaining … …American Journal of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Vol. 1, Issue 1 · 31 Mar 2008 · 7,459 accessesView PDF Cite
