PriyatharshiniEfficient utilization of time and effort is essential in Personnel scheduling problems to evenly balance the workload among the people and attempt to satisfy the personnel preferences. In Constraint Satisfaction Problem based scheduling problems, when a branch of the search fails the backtracking search algorithm back up to the preceding variable and try a different value for it. So here … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 10, Issue 10 · 22 May 2014 · 6,942 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessAll words, across the recordOptimal Test Time for System-on-Chip Designs using Fuzzy Logic and Process AlgebraG. Rohini, S. SalivahananProblem statement: Test scheduling is crucially important for optimal SoC test automation to allocate the limited available test resources. In this study we introduced a fuzzy based engine to allocate test resources. The minimized test application time can be achieved by test pipelining. However the test power consumption incurred during test procedure must be controlled in order not to offend … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 6, Issue 1 · 31 Jan 2010 · 7,520 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessAll words, across the recordData Mining: A Preprocessing EngineLuai A. Shalabi, Zyad Shaaban, Basel KasasbehThis study is emphasized on different types of normalization. Each of which was tested against the ID3 methodology using the HSV data set. Number of leaf nodes, accuracy and tree growing time are three factors that were taken into account. Comparisons between different learning methods were accomplished as they were applied to each normalization method. A new matrix was designed … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 2, Issue 9 · 30 Sep 2006 · 34,390 accessesView PDF Cite
