Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleANFIS Aided AODV Routing Protocolfor Mobile Ad Hoc NetworksVivek Sharma, Bashir Alam, M. N. DojaCommunication between mobile nodes is the key purpose of Mobile Ad Hoc Networks (MANETs). However, increase in the traffic leads to multiple challenging issues like congestion among nodes, consumption of more bandwidth, high energy requirement and low efficiency output. A powerful solution to these issues of the MANET is to use intelligent routing protocols. The Adaptive Neural Fuzzy Inference System … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 13, Issue 10 · 12 Oct 2017 · 7,432 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleA Novel Proactive Routing Method for Mobile Ad Hoc NetworksBambrik Ilyas, Didi FedouaIn recent years, the Mobile Ad hoc Networks (MANETs) became more popular due to their multiple advantages such as the low setup cost, auto-configuration and auto-healing features. This kind of network is distinguished by its dynamic and distributed nature since it does not contain any form of centralized infrastructure. These characteristics have led to the emergence of new routing protocols … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 12, Issue 6 · 23 Jul 2015 · 6,381 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleINTRUSION DETECTION IN MOBILE AD HOC NETWORK USING SECURE ROUTING FOR ATTACKER IDENTIFICATION PROTOCOLS. Gopalakrishnan, P. GaneshkumarIn past few decades, the migration of communication takes place from wired networks to wireless networks because of its mobility and scalability and Mobile Ad hoc Network (MANET) is a unique and significant application in recent years which does not necessitates any pre-existing network infrastructure. Each node can act as both transmitters as well as receivers that are communicating with … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 11, Issue 8 · 29 May 2014 · 6,722 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleAN ENHANCED ROUTE FAILURE RECOVERY MODEL FOR MOBILE AD HOC NETWORKSP. R. Jasmine Jeni, A. Vimala Julie, A. Messiah BoseIn Mobile Ad Hoc Networks (MANET), change in topology of the network occurs due to the mobility factor of the nodes leading to the extension in size of the network. The extension of network size happens due to the entry of nodes into the network. As the topology changes, link failure between the nodes takes place due to several reasons … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 10, Issue 8 · 8 Apr 2014 · 6,739 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleQUEUEING MODELS IN MOBILE AD-HOC NETWORKSS. Baskar, S. PalaniammalThe Mobile Ad-hoc Networks (MANETs) has gain an essential part of the attention of researchers and become very well-liked in last few years. MANETs can operate with no fixed communications and can live rapid changes in the network topology. They can be studied officially as graphs in which the set of boundaries varies in time. One of the main methods … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 11, Issue 2 · 26 Dec 2013 · 6,823 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleSTUDY AND ANALYSIS OF ROUTING PROTOCOLS IN MOBILE AD-HOC NETWORKUma Mani, Ramasamy Chandrasekaran, V. R. Sarma DhulipalaMobile Ad-hoc Networks (MANETs) is a network without a fixed Infrastructure. In wireless networks users expect to get access to the network security and to exchange information anytime and anywhere. The ad hoc wireless network consists of mobile networks which creates architecture for communication without the help of traditional fixed-position routers. Establishing strong routes and providing security are the main … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 9, Issue 11 · 30 Sep 2013 · 6,711 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleQUALITY OF SERVICE AWARE OF CROSS LAYER APPROACH ON ADAPTIVE GATEWAY DISCOVERY SCHEME FOR MOBILE AD HOC NETWORKSK. Palani, P. RamamoorthyThe Quality of Service (QoS) providing in Mobile Ad hoc networks has been obtaining increasing importance, specifically Consider the domains of application for networks in disaster environments and defense ventures, QoS is performing level of a service recommended by the network to the consumer. Mobile Ad hoc Networks (MANET) are necessary because of wireless infrastructure network is complicated to setup … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 9, Issue 10 · 5 Sep 2013 · 6,212 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleAN EFFICIENT AUTONOMOUS KEY MANAGEMENT WITH REDUCED COMMUNICATION/COMPUTATION COSTS IN MOBILE AD HOC NETWORKM. Devi, S. Chenthur PandianA primary concern in Mobile Ad Hoc Networks (MANETs) is security. Secret sharing is an effective way to distribute a secret among n parties, where each party holds one piece of the secret. A number of key management schemes have been proposed for MANETs. However the secret sharing to control key hierarchy needs larger message transmission costs in many techniques. … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 9, Issue 10 · 5 Sep 2013 · 6,783 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleINTELLISENSE CLUSTER MANAGEMENT AND ENERGY EFFICIENT ROUTING IN MOBILE AD HOC NETWORKSSangeetha Kuppusamy, Natarajan MathaiyanMobile Ad Hoc Network (MANET) is a collection of distributed nodes which communicate using multi-hop wireless links with frequent node mobility. The aim for ad hoc networks is to accommodate light-weight weight, battery supercharged transportable devices. Due to the restricted power, we've to vogue economical ways in which to use the current power. For a networking device, vital power is … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 9, Issue 9 · 6 Aug 2013 · 6,371 accessesView PDFCite
