Horse meat obtained in herd horse breeding contains a high number of nitrogen-containing substances with a reduced content of intramuscular fat. Therefore, … …American Journal of Animal and Veterinary Sciences, Vol. 16, Issue 1 · 22 Jan 2021 · 6,916 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractA Simulation Study of Enhanced Distillation Using Ultrasound Waves for the Separation of Azeotropic MixturesTaha Mahdi, Ammar Emad Al-KawazThe potential of ultrasound waves to enhance distillation system for azeotropic mixture is examined through process flowsheeting using Aspen Plus. Since sonication is not a standard feature in the software library, a mathematical model of the proposed distillation system is developed based on first principles in Aspen Custom Modeler and later exported to Aspen Plus environment for process simulation and … …American Journal of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Vol. 11, Issue 1 · 2 Jan 2018 · 8,411 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractModeling and Analysis of MRR, EWR and Surface Roughness in EDM Milling through Response Surface MethodologyA.K.M. Asif Iqbal, Ahsan Ali KhanProblem statement: Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) has grown over the last few decades from a novelty to a mainstream manufacturing process. Though, EDM process is very demanding but the mechanism of the process is complex and far from completely understood. It is difficult to establish a model that can accurately predict the performance by correlating the process parameters. The optimum … …American Journal of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Vol. 3, Issue 4 · 4 Nov 2010 · 9,606 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessAll words, across the recordWideband E-Shaped Microstrip Antenna for Wireless Sensor NetworksG. Elangovan, J. Rajapaul PerinbamProblem statement: Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) is currently receiving significant attention due to their unlimited potential. It is still very early in the lifetime of such systems and many research challenges exist, out of which one of the challenges is sensor processing and fusion under limited capacities, the most important component in sensor is its TX/RX antenna. Approach: For high-speed … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 9, Issue 1 · 21 Nov 2011 · 7,106 accessesView PDF Cite
