Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractExtensive Analysis on Images Encryption using Hybrid Elliptic Curve Cryptosystem and Hill CipherSaniah Sulaiman, Zurina Mohd HanapiThe advancement of communication technology helps individual to share images through an Internet. However, the sharing through insecure channels may expose the images to certain attacks that will compromise their confidentiality. Image encryption is one of the methods used to protect against the confidentiality threat. A Hill Cipher has been applied in image encryption because of its simple operation and … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 17, Issue 3 · 2 Apr 2021 · 6,615 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractSolving Traffic Routing System using VANet Strategy Combined with a Distributed Swarm Intelligence OptimizationElgarej Mouhcine, Khalifa Mansouri, Youssfi MohamedProposing an efficient strategy to reduce traffic congestion is an essential step towards improvement as we take into consideration the unpredictable and dynamic infrastructure of the road network. With the advances in computing technologies and communications protocols, we can retrieve any type of data and receive in real-time the state of traffic congestion at each road using Electronic Toll Collection … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 14, Issue 11 · 12 Nov 2018 · 7,592 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractMining of Social Media on Covid-19 Big Data Infodemic in IndonesiaFaisal Binsar, Tuga MauritsiusCovid-19 is an unprecedented disaster that is still difficult to contain. During the pandemic, there were a lot of cases that were reported to increase exponentially. In this situation, the dissemination of messages and information was very important. The social media platform has contributed as a channel of communication with unprecedented speed. However, the uncontrolled and irresponsible dissemination of information … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 16, Issue 11 · 16 Nov 2020 · 7,533 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractSpeech Enhancement Based on Adaptive Noise Cancellation and Particle Swarm OptimizationTayseer M.F. Taha, Summrina Kanwal Wajid, Amir HussainSpeech enhancement is used in almost all modern communication systems. This is due to the quality of speech being degraded by environmental interference factors, such as: Acoustic additive noise, acoustic reverberation or white Gaussian noise. This paper, explores the potential of different benchmark optimization techniques for enhancing the speech signal. This is accomplished by fine tuning filter coefficients using a … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 15, Issue 5 · 28 May 2019 · 7,729 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractCarving Secret Messages out of Public InformationNaya Nagy, Marius Nagy, Selim G. AklThis study shows that secret information can be shared or passed from a sender to a receiver even if not encoded in a secret message. In the protocol designed in this study, no parts of the original secret information ever travel via communication channels between the source and the destination, no encoding/decoding key is ever used. The two communicating partners, … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 11, Issue 1 · 25 Feb 2015 · 8,037 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractASYNCHRONOUS TIME ENCODER BASED QUASI-STATIC MODELLING FOR HUMAN AREA NETWORK IN VANETR. Vimal Karthick, G. S. Raj, R. Srinivasan et al.Power constraints play a key role in designing Human Area Networks (HANs) for bio authentication vehicle based on driver's identity. To alleviate the power constraints, we advocate a design that uses an asynchronous time encoding mechanisms for representing bio authentication information and the skin surface as the communication channel. Time encoding does not require a clock while allows perfect signal … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 10, Issue 11 · 20 Dec 2014 · 8,060 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractPerformance Analysis of Joint Degree Distribution (JDD) in Luby Transform CodesI. Joe Louis Paul, S. Radha, J. RajaLuby Transform (LT) codes, the first realization of rateless codes are widely used in wireless communication mainly for its adaptability to varying channel conditions and its capacity approaching performance. In spite of the above advantages and its simplicity in implementation, LT codes suffer from a bottle neck of premature termination due to the poor design of degree distribution. In this … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 11, Issue 1 · 13 Aug 2014 · 7,258 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractNEURO FUZZY BASED PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF MULTIBAND ULTRA WIDE BAND ORTHOGONAL FREQUENCY DIVISION MULTIPLEXING SYSTEMG. Joselin Retna Kumar, K. S. ShajiThis study proposes an efficient channel-estimation scheme for Multiband (MB) Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM)-based Ultra Wide Band (UWB) communication systems. One of the challenges in wireless system is the frequency selective fading caused due to multipath channel between the transmitter and receiver. The signal bandwidth in broad band cellular wireless systems typically exceeds the coherence bandwidth of the multipath … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 10, Issue 8 · 5 Mar 2014 · 6,616 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractIMPROVING THE PERFORMANCE AND REDUCING BIT ERROR RATE ON WIRELESS DEEP FADING ENVIRONMENT RECEIVERSK. Jayanthi, V. P. Arunachalam, C. VasanthanayakiOne of the major challenges in wireless communication system is increasing complexity and reducing performance in detecting the received digital information in indoor and outdoor Environments. Consequently to overcome this problem we analyze the delay performance of a multiuser with perfect channel state information transmitting data on deep fading environment. In this proposed system, the Wireless Deep Fading Environment (WDFE) … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 10, Issue 3 · 29 Nov 2013 · 7,100 accessesView PDFCite
