Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractGOVERNMENTAL CONTROL OF THE FORMATION EFFICIENCY OF EDUCATIONAL CLUSTERS AT THE REGIONAL LEVELNina Ivanovna Larionova, Tatiana Valerievna Yalyalieva, Dmitry Leonidovich Napolskikh, Victor Evgenevich ShebashevStudying the cluster institutionalization processes in the modern practices of the social development allows determining the formation trends of an efficient governmental control system at the subfederal level. The efficiency parameters suggested by the author for the cluster policy implementation for the governmental control purposes, such as density, integrity, complementarity and institutional sphere conductivity will allow controlling the development efficiency … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 11, Issue 10 · 1 Dec 2014 · 5,631 accessesView PDFCite
EditorialOpen accessIn the abstractRECENT TRENDS AND CHALLENGES OF ENERGY EFFICIENT AND SUSTAINABLE BUILDINGSChiara BedonAccording to several studies (e.g., the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC, 2014), the US Energy Information Administration (US EIA, 2014), warming of the climate system is unequivocal and mainly derives from greenhouse gas emissions due to human activities. Global Carbon Dioxide (CO2) emissions from fossil fuels, for example, are estimated to be 29% higher in 2035 than they were … …American Journal of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Vol. 7, Issue 3 · 11 Sep 2014 · 8,497 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractApplication Specific Integrated Circuits Design and Implementation of Rademacher and Walsh FunctionsA. Abbasi, A. R.M. Alamoud, S. A. AbbasiThe orthogonal functions, specially the Rademacher and Walsh functions are being increasingly used in Digital Signal Processing (DSP). Today’s DSP applications require fast processing time in order to meet the challenges of the real time systems. State-of-the-art implementation technologies are therefore being used. This study describes the design and implementation of Rademacher and Walsh functions targeted to the state-of-the-art Cell … …American Journal of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Vol. 6, Issue 4 · 7 Jan 2014 · 7,340 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessIn the abstractImplementation of Color-Blind Aid SystemRuki Harwahyu, Alfa Sheffildi Manaf, Bayu Sri Ananto et al.Color-blind is a physical defect causing patient loses the ability to recognize colors either particular or the whole of them. This disability is problematic in daily life, moreover in some specific areas that require carefulness eyesight. We propose a vision aid kit with improved user experience, such as finger pointer and voice command-and-response. Our work proofs the design and implementation … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 9, Issue 6 · 8 Jun 2013 · 7,552 accessesView PDFCite
