Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleDecision Support Model to Determine the Best Employees (Mechanic) using Fuzzy Logic and Profile MatchingHiromi Jorge Akbar Aljofarinski, Ditdit Nugeraha UtamaIn a company, verifying the best employees is practically very essential. Knowing the best employees or understanding each employee's performance can be an advantage for the company to evaluate the whole company's performance and improve the lack. Determining the best employees is also necessary for giving appreciation to employees and is expected to be able to expand the performance and … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 18, Issue 6 · 24 Jun 2022 · 5,847 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleDecision Support Model for Determining the Best Employee using Fuzzy Logic and Simple Additive WeightingLucky Christopher Chen, Ditdit Nugeraha UtamaSpecifically, for an information technology company, identifying the best employees (the best programmers) is valuable. The election is intended to improve the performance of the company's programmers. The company's performance will improve as programmers' performance improves. This study attempts to develop a Decision Support Model (DSM) to identify the best employees (i.e., programmers) in the firm. The model considered nine … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 18, Issue 6 · 24 Jun 2022 · 6,100 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleLogic and the Mathematic Model of the Subject-Area Description for Corporate Information SystemsKonstantin Yurievich Maslenikov, Georgiy Ivanovich RevunkovAiming to build and receive a logic-mathematical substantiation and model of the process of constructing the description of any subject area for corporate information systems, the authors divided the subject area for building the system into constituent elements and the relationships between them. Using discrete mathematics methods to the graphs and two-seater predicates of the first order, we built an … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 18, Issue 1 · 2 Feb 2022 · 6,580 accessesView PDFCite
Review ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleOrganizing Classification of Application Logic Attacks in Component-based E-Commerce SystemsFaisal Nabi, Jianming Yong, Xiaohui Tao et al.This research paper addresses the topic of application logic attack taxonomy that is due to unclear and incorrect implementation in component-based applications. The issue addresses the detection and classification of two separate types of vulnerabilities in component-based applications. The paper completes this aim through organising the classification of each attack and then proposes the classification of logical vulnerabilities and discusses … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 17, Issue 11 · 14 Nov 2021 · 6,611 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleA Suggested Nonparametric Bivariate Logistic Density Estimator with Application on the Productivity of Egyptian Wheat during 2019/2020Samah M. Abo-El-HadidIn this study, the nonparametric standard logistic density estimator, introduced by Abo-El-Hadid (2018), is extended to the bivariate case. The multiplicative standard logistic distribution is used as a kernel function to derive the bivariate kernel estimator. The statistical properties of the resulting estimator are studied, which are: The asymptotic bias, variance, Mean Squared Error (MSE) and Integrated Mean Squared Error … …Journal of Mathematics and Statistics, Vol. 17, Issue 1 · 27 May 2021 · 6,711 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleMulti-Criteria Trust Establishment for Multi-Agent Systems Based on Fuzzy LogicAbdullah Aref, Eman OmarMulti-Agent Systems (MASs) are increasingly accepted for modeling virtual complex distributed systems, such as virtual societies and smart grids, due to agents’ autonomy, flexibility and pro-activity. As autonomous, goal-driven agents can mislead others intentionally or accidentally by inaccurately reporting their competencies and abilities, the use of trust modeling deemed essential for successful interactions in MASs. The concept of trust is … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 16, Issue 11 · 4 Nov 2020 · 6,828 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleDevelopment of a Fuzzy Logic Controller for Real-time Energy Optimization of a Hybrid vehicleSk. Khairul Hasan, Anoop Kumar DhingraThe ability to combine positive features of an internal combustion engine with those of an electric motor has been fundamental to the advancement of the high-performance energy-optimized hybrid vehicles. However, due to a lack of reliable and realistic hybrid vehicle models, much of the hybrid vehicle controller research has been limited to computer simulations. To overcome this shortcoming, this paper … …Journal of Mechatronics and Robotics, Vol. 4, Issue 1 · 21 Oct 2020 · 6,950 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleImproved Fuzzy Logic Controller Implemented on FPGA Circuit for Photovoltaic SystemsAouatif Ibnelouad, Abdeljalil Elkari, Hassan Ayad, Mostafa MjahedTo be the photovoltaic arrays capable to transport the maximum power obtainable, it must be combined with Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT). To succeed, we will improve a Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) method, based on intelligent technique such as Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC), compared with a conventional method which is P&O. This improved method applied to a stand-alone photovoltaic … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 16, Issue 5 · 5 Jun 2020 · 7,520 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessEvery word in the titleDecision Support Model for Employee Selection Based on Data Mining and Fuzzy LogicClarissa Elfira Amos Pah, Ditdit Nugeraha UtamaThis paper explains the use of data mining and fuzzy logic in optimizing decision making for employee recruitment, especially in IT Consultant company. This method addresses the company's need to recruit employees with more objective and accurate by utilizing historical data to find patterns of potential employees for the company.
