SumathiThe multi-cloud scheduling problem refers to the challenging task of efficiently allocating and managing resources across multiple cloud environments, involving the optimization of task scheduling, resource allocation to minimize makespan, reduce resource costs, and handle the complexity of multi-cloud environments while making optimal scheduling decisions. To overcome this issue. The paper proposes a novel scheduling algorithm, the Advanced Grasshopper Optimization … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 21, Issue 10 · 24 Nov 2025 · 2,646 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessAll words, across the recordMulti-Source Cyber Intrusion Detection Using Ensemble Machine LearningTaskeen Ali Khan, Sara Abbas, Biswaranjan Senapati et al.The increased usage of digital technologies across businesses has led to an increase in cybercrime. It is difficult for existing intrusion detection systems to detect highly skilled hacking attempts; however, machine learning has been suggested as a way around these drawbacks. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well various machine learning algorithms identify and stop cyberattacks in … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 21, Issue 1 · 14 Dec 2024 · 5,696 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessAll words, across the recordMulti Resources and Constraints Based Consolidation Model to Mitigate the Energy ExtravaganceArchana Patil, Rekha PatilTo design green clouds with optimal energy and resource consumption, the host consolidation process became the most prominent cloud management policy today. In case of a consolidation, the underloaded host's VMs are shifted to the other hosts to control the energy extravagance at a data center. The consolidation process is considered an NP-hard problem, as it depends on several computational … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 18, Issue 7 · 28 Jul 2022 · 5,861 accessesView PDFCite
