Research ArticleOpen accessAll words, across the recordVehicle Identification using Fuzzy Adaline Neural NetworkGokul Murugesan, Shriram K. Vasudevan, Sivaraman Ramachandran et al.Video surveillance is an important aspect in today’s world, where a particular scene of area requires monitoring to avoid terrorist attacks and unauthorized entries. Vehicle recognition is an important area in object tracking and recognition. Objects may be of rigid or non-rigid in nature with varying velocity and have different features. Important features like shape, logo, color and texture are … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 9, Issue 6 · 6 Jun 2013 · 7,176 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessAll words, across the recordRule Extraction from Radial Basis Functional Neural Networks by Using Particle Swarm OptimizationM. R. Senapati, I. Vijaya, P. K. DashRadial basis functional neural networks (RBFNN) provide an outstanding possibility for generating rules for solving pattern classification problems. One of the most important factors in RBFNN is finding out the center and spread. This paper examines rules extracted from RBF networks trained by Particle swarm Optimization (PSO). The selection of the RBFNN centers, spreads and the network weights can be … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 3, Issue 8 · 31 Aug 2007 · 6,784 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessAll words, across the recordExtracting Unique Personal Identification Number from IrisNenad Nestorovic, P.W.C. Prasad, Abeer Alsadoon, Amr ElchouemiThe aim of this research is to propose an enhanced model that significantly reduces the noise in the iris templates and thus present an efficient and reliable iris recognition system. Accuracy of Iris recognition system significantly depends on reducing noise at every stage of recognition process especially at eye image acquisition and iris segmentation stages. The proposed Iris recognition model … …American Journal of Applied Sciences, Vol. 14, Issue 7 · 7 Jul 2017 · 8,132 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessAll words, across the recordEnhanced Ensemble Prediction Algorithms for Detecting Faulty Modules in Object Oriented Systems Using Quality MetricsM. Punithavalli, C. NeelamegamThe high usage of software system poses high quality demand from users, which results in increased software complexity. To address these complexities, software quality engineering methods should be updated accordingly and enhance their quality assuring methods. Fault prediction, a sub-task of SQE, is designed to solve this issue and provide a strategy to identify faulty parts of a program, so … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 8, Issue 12 · 20 Dec 2012 · 6,435 accessesView PDF Cite
