M-El-EmaryThis study is concerned with a practical application of distributed artificial intelligence for managing the high data rate bus structured local area computer network that uses deterministic multiple access protocol. In the selected network that is managed using distributed artificial intelligence, the dynamic sharing of the available bandwidth among stations is achieved by forming "train to which each station may … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 2, Issue 1 · 31 Jan 2006 · 6,984 accessesView PDFCite
Research ArticleOpen accessAll words, across the recordThe Use of Neural Networks in Real-time Face DetectionKevin Curran, Xuelong Li, Neil M. CaughleyAs continual research is being conducted in the area of computer vision, one of the most practical applications under vigorous development is in the construction of a robust real-time face detection system. Successfully constructing a real-time face detection system not only implies a system capable of analyzing video streams, but also naturally leads onto the solution to the problems of … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 1, Issue 1 · 31 Mar 2005 · 7,017 accessesView PDFCite
