Research ArticleOpen accessAll words, across the recordTHROUGHPUT ANALYSIS OF AGGREGATION WITH FRAGMENT RETRANSMISSION PLUS QUALITY OF SERVICE SCHEMETeuku Yuliar Arif, Riri Fitri SariAggregation with Fragment Retransmission (AFR) is a scheme designed for frame transmission to increase efficiency at the MAC layer throughput. AFR provides a higher throughput compare to Distributed Coordination Function (DCF) scheme. However AFR scheme did not has QoS service function when compared to DCF scheme. DCF scheme already has contention-based QoS service using Enhanced Distributed Coordination Function (EDCA) scheme. … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 9, Issue 10 · 5 Sep 2013 · 7,319 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessAll words, across the recordA Quasi Delay Insensitive Reduced Stack Pre-Charged Half Buffer based High Speed Adder using pipeline templates for Asynchronous CircuitsD. Jayanthi, M. RajaramProblem statement: Recent research in asynchronous design technique is making asynchronous circuits an increasingly practical alternative. These challenges include the increasing pressure for low power, the growing challenges of predicting the increasing impact of wire load and delay and the performance penalty associated with supporting communication between different clock domains Asynchronous is binary signals, but there is no common or … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 8, Issue 7 · 7 Jun 2012 · 7,078 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessAll words, across the recordPreparation and Polishing Properties of Spherical Porous Silica AbrasiveHong Lei, Hu Li, Ping Liu, Ruling ChenProblem statement: Abrasive is one of key influencing factors on the polished surface quality in Chemical Mechanical Polishing (CMP). Solid abrasives in CMP slurries are easy to cause polishing scratches. It is well known that reducing the hardness of abrasives would improve the polished surface quality. Therefore, the change in structure or shape of the abrasives means a change in … …Current Research in Nanotechnology, Vol. 1, Issue 1 · 15 Jun 2011 · 9,285 accessesView PDF Cite
