Research ArticleOpen accessIn the author namesAdaptable Service Component Interface Framework in Pervasive ComputingR. Vasanthi, R. S.D. WahidabanuProblem statement: Pervasive computing refers to visionary new ways of applying Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to our daily lives. Interoperability among pervasive networked systems, in particular accounting for the heterogeneity of protocols from the application down to the middleware layer, which is mandatory for today's and even more for tomorrow's open and highly heterogeneous networks. Approach: The high demand … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 8, Issue 6 · 15 Mar 2012 · 6,976 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessIn the author namesAdaptive Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Device by Externally Controlled Gate Oxide ThicknessB. Gopi, R. S.D. WahidabanuProblem statement: Since the advent of IC and VLSI technology, the demand for high-speed devices and equipment is growing very rapidly. Every individual researcher is marching towards the dream of achieving it. The role of a design engineer is becoming more challenging. As per Moore’s law, the packing density doubles every eighteen months. This is possible only by scaling down … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 8, Issue 4 · 1 Feb 2012 · 7,112 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessIn the author namesOntological Approach for Effective Generation of Concept Based User Profiles to Personalize Search ResultsS. Prabaharan, R. S.D. WahidabanuProblem statement: Ontological user profile generation was a semantic approach to derive richer concept based user profiles. It depends on the semantic relationship of concepts. This study focuses on ontology to derive concept oriented user profile based on user search queries and clicked documents. This study proposes concept based on topic ontology which derives the concept based user profiles more independently. … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 8, Issue 2 · 21 Nov 2011 · 7,223 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessIn the author namesIntegrating Buffer Management with Epidemic Routing in Delay Tolerant NetworksG. Fathima, R. S.D. WahidabanuProblem statement: The Design of Delay Tolerant Network (DTN) routing protocols has focused to operate in an environment where there is no guarantee of end to end path between source and destination at all points of time. The DTN research has focussed primarily on applications that are delay tolerant. But it can also be used to provide real time information … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 7, Issue 7 · 28 Jun 2011 · 7,086 accessesView PDF Cite
