Research ArticleOpen accessIn the author namesCLUSTER BASED CACHE CONSISTENCY USING AGENT TECHNIQUE IN MOBILE ENVIRONMENTShanmugarathinam Ganesarathinam, Vivekanandan KanniappanCaching is an essential mechanism in mobile environment. Mobile node makes access dynamic changing data object to their server and to get the interested data to keep their own as local copies in the cache. If the server database is updated, the data cached in mobile client is invalidated and it becomes inconsistent between client and server. Research ArticleOpen accessIn the author namesA Software Agent for Speech Abiding SystemsR. Manoharan, K. Vivekanandan, V. SundaramProblem statement: In order to bring speech into the mainstream of business process an efficient digital signal processor is necessary. The Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) and the butter fly structure symmetry will enable the harwaring easier. With the DSP and software proposed, togetherly established by means of a system, named here as “Speech Abiding System (SAS)”, a software agent, which … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 5, Issue 2 · 28 Feb 2009 · 7,750 accessesView PDF Cite

Research ArticleOpen accessIn the author namesGenetic Algorithm Based Probabilistic Motif Discovery in Unaligned Biological SequencesM. Hemalatha, K. VivekanandanFinding motif in biosequences is the most important primitive operation in computational biology. There are many computational requirements for a motif discovery algorithm such as computer memory space requirement and computational complexity. To overcome the complexity of motif discovery, we propose an alternative solution integrating genetic algorithm and Fuzzy Art machine learning approaches for eliminating multiple sequence alignment process. Problem … …Journal of Computer Science, Vol. 4, Issue 8 · 31 Aug 2008 · 6,730 accessesView PDF Cite
